After design support

In order to be effective in supporting your business websites require a degree of ongoing maintenance. My optional support packages were created to make this process easier for you no matter whether you want to learn and update your website yourself or if you prefer someone else to take the reigns and manage your ongoing we updates.

Training

This support package provides you with on-demand training and support videos ranging from understanding Google Analytics, to how to write good web copy, to making sure your website remains accessible for your users. The purpose of this package is to give you the knowledge and power to manage website updates yourself with training materials created to support web design best practice.

Website Audits

If you already have an existing website and aren't looking to re-invent the wheel, I offer comprehensive website audits which can be done on a one-off or recurring basis depending on your needs. These audits are an easy way to get an understanding of the performance of your website in areas such as user navigation, Search Engine Optimisation (SEO), accessibility and other technical aspects of your website without undergoing a full website redesign. These audits will give you an honest, unbiased review of your website as well as suggestions that you can implement to help improve its performance.

Maintenance

As a small business owners we wear many hats from CEO to Administrators to Sales, let us take the Web Designer hat off your head so that you can focus on the rest. The maintenance package is here to give you peace of mind. For an ongoing monthly fee I will be here to manage small updates to your website the nature of these will be agreed prior to your website launch so that you can rest assured that your website will be well taken care of.

I will provide you with upfront transparent costing explanations of what you are paying for as well as any recurrent or external charges (e.g. for hosting or domain names).
