How does it work?
Join the participant panel by filling in our form below and we'll email you with opportunities to take part in our user research. You decide which opportunities to take part in and follow the session instructions provided by email to get involved.
Each session task can vary depending on what we're investigating, it can range from filling in a survey, to trying out a prototype, to having a chat with one of our researchers about your experience using a service.
We want your honest feedback - tell us what's confusing, what’s delightful, what’s “ew, nope”.
We don’t test you, we test the product.
We promise you literally cannot get anything “wrong”.
